Each job has a well thought out road map for getting you trained and integrated as a team member in your department.   We also cross train so you can learn new skills in other departments and grow into new opportunities. 

Midwest Rubber likes to give ongoing feedback, so you always know where you stand and how the department is doing.  Daily meetings (depending on the department) or weekly meetings are conducted so everyone is included in the company's progress and problem-solving process.  Each individual will receive 1 yearly review with their supervisor with an opportunity for a merit increase.
