This position requires a strong dedication to producing quality work in the belting department.  This includes but is not limited to the installation of belts at customer client locations, commitment to safety as our number one main priority, effective communication, and excellent interaction with our customers. Work closely with other installers to support the scheduling of both in-state and out-of-state belt installations. Provide detailed reporting on all belt installation jobs by ensuring that paperwork is completed accurately and timely. 

The fabricator is responsible for completing customer requests through measuring, cutting, printing, labeling, packaging, and moving materials as needed.  It is necessary to be able to operate basic machinery, and participate in continuous improvement efforts all while adhering to all safety requirements. Accurate completion of required paperwork and time reporting is also required.

As a die-cutting machine operator, this position is responsible for setting up the job, operating the press, feeding materials into the machine, and analyzing the quality and completion of the job.  Attention to detail and great communication is necessary to be successful in this role.  This is a great entry-level position to learn more about our company. 

The shuttle hose operator operates multiple machines to cut and produce products for specific customer orders.  Inspecting, labeling, and packaging are also included in the number of tasks for this role.  Must be able to work independently, and utilize tools to measure and execute the task accurately and safely.  Attention to detail is a must for this entry-level position. 

The customer care representative is responsible for delivering exceptional daily customer-focused service functions and support while exceeding customer expectations. Oversees sales order process and facilitates order fulfillment, including entering orders, RMAs, scheduling installations, etc. Is available for all incoming customer inquiries and requests, providing timely responses.

This position is responsible for executing shipping and receiving procedures in an accurate and timely manner.  This position utilizes an ERP system to process orders to ensure timely delivery and proper transportation methods are deployed.  Previous experience working in a warehouse and driving a fork truck is a must.
